Officer appointment in progress. Until a named officer is appointed, all grievances are routed to grievance@ayubridge.in and acknowledged by AyuBridge's leadership.

Response SLA

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and aim to substantively respond within 15 calendar days (consistent with typical DPDP guidance — to be confirmed with counsel as DPDP Rules are finalised).

What kinds of grievances to send here

  • Requests to access, correct or erase your personal data.
  • Withdrawal of consent to specific processing (e.g. WhatsApp messaging, marketing email).
  • Complaints about how your data has been collected, used or shared.
  • Suspected security incidents, account takeovers or unauthorised access.
  • Disputes about clinic-level access to your records, or about role-based permissions.
  • Requests to nominate someone to act on your behalf in case of incapacity.

Escalation path

If your grievance is not resolved within 15 calendar days, or you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Data Protection Board of India

Note: the Board is being stood up under the phased rollout of the DPDP Act. The link above is the expected portal; if not yet active, please use the contact email above and we will help route your escalation.
